4-5 cups water (always make a pot, not a cup)
1 golfball’s worth of ginger, chopped however you like
2 short sticks of cinnamon
2 heaping tablespoons of dried nettle leaves
2 heaping tablespoons of dried red raspberry leaves
I stopped by the spice store to buy the raspberry leaves (no nettle in stock, unfortunately) and I'm going to make it tomorrow.
I think it sounds tasty, and the idea of making tea in this homemade kind of way instead of from a little bag appeals to me.
